At Load Restraint Systems, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return under this policy:
- You must notify Load Restraint Systems within 7 days of receiving the goods. No claims will be recognised after this period.
- All returns require written approval from Load Restraint Systems before goods are sent back
- Products must be in a new, unused condition, suitable for resale. Appropriate condition will be determined by Load Restraint Systems Staff
- All original packaging, accessories and components must be included
- Goods must not have been damaged while in your possession
- If no proof of delivery date is provided, delivery will be deemed to have occurred 3 business days after dispatch.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Goods specially made, custom-produced or manufactured to order
- Cut lengths of chain, wire or custom-manufactured straps
- Chain slings built to specification
Return Process
- Request approval:
Contact Load Restraint Systems within 7 days of delivery to request written approval for a return - Return the product:
Goods must be returned within 10 business days of receiving approval. Freight is at your cost. You must follow the return instructions provided by our staff - Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to approved returns, depending on the condition of the goods and packaging.
Refund
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product purchase price (excluding initial delivery charges). This refunded amount will be refunded back into the original account that payment was made with. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Ownership of goods
All goods remain the property of Load Restraint Systems until full payment has been finalized
Policy Changes
Load Restraint Systems reserves the right to amend this change of mind policy at any time without notice
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
